K-12 Learning Evaluation

A learning evaluation using the Woodcock Johnson III Psycho-Education Battery III which measures cognitive abilities related to learning and an educational evaluation to determine the academic levels of the student.  The evaluation provides information regarding a child’s cognitive strengths and weaknesses in learning which would assist parents in helping the student learn more efficiently and determine whether the child has any learning disability.  This evaluation is available for children from grades K through 12.

ACY Consultant Anita Young has a M. Ed., and a M.A. and is a certified Learning Disability Teacher Consultant in the state of NJ.  She also holds certifications as an elementary teacher, special education teacher and supervisor in NJ.  The testing would require two days of two to three hours a day depending on the age and grade of the student.  She does not recommend one sitting, since the goal is to obtain the best the child can provide.  The parent can bring the child to her house in Elmwood Park (Bergen County) for the evaluation.  If the parent wants Ms. Young to come to their home, she will need a quiet place to do the evaluation and they will have to pay her expenses.  She will travel an hour and half at the most.  The estimated value is $950.00.  Minimum bid $400.
