Friday, March 20:  The MCCC chapter of the American Association for Women in Community Colleges invites the community to a breakfast seminar "Equipping Women for Growth in the Workplace."  The mentoring/leadership workshop features Teena Cahill, Psy.D., a psychologist and nationally recognized speaker, educator and author. Breakfast and registration will start at 8:30 a.m. with the formal presentation to follow from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. The cost is $20 per person including breakfast. MCCC's Conference Center.

Thursday, March 26:  Program Director Cherie Castellano, MA, CWS, LPC, AAETS will lecture on "Police Suicide: Lessons Learned." Utilizing her expertise as a police and mental health professional working with police officers for more than 15 years, Ms. Castellano will explore the unique exposure to violence and trauma facing law enforcement today and its connection to the mental health of those serving our communities. She will review the origins of police suicide, current trends and risks in the field of police psychological services.
Communications Building, Room 110, 12 noon.  Free.

Friday, March 27: In-person "Q&A with Vanessa Daou," Billboard's #1 dance artist. Topics will include artistic collaboration, interdisciplinary art, and the state of the music industry. VANESSA DAOU is known internationally for her signature breathy vocal style, performing jazz, blues, rock, folk and electronica.

Monday, March 30th: "Successful Women's Workshop/Luncheon" presented by Jo Leonard
