U.S. Rep. Rush Holt,
D-Hopewell Township, announced a series of endorsements on
Friday.
Holt has been endorsed by the Alliance for Retired Americans;
American Federation of Teachers; Armenian National Committee of
America; American Nurses Association; CeaseFireNJ; Citizens
Trade Campaign; Council of New Jersey State College Locals, AFT,
AFL- CIO; Humane Society; International Federation of
Professional and Technical Engineers, AFL- CIO; and National
Association of Police Organizations.
Additional endorsements for Holt were from: the National
Association of Social Workers; National Education Association;
National Organization for Women; New Jersey State
Industrial Union Council; New Jersey State Lodge Fraternal Order
of Police; New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association;
Ocean Champions; Peace Action; Planned Parenthood; Sierra Club;
and the Teamsters.
